Home Diagnostic
What we do is identify what parts of your home might need repairs and/or be outdated and then we analyze the cost of upgrading these items and tell you what impact it will have on the value. We don't make recommendations for upgrading that we feel will not impact the value or desirability of your home. You will also have access to our vendor list for easy access to professionals to help get your home ready to sale!
Staging
Having your home staged is essential before putting it on the market, in order to make the house more appealing to the largest audience of buyers. We start on the inside of the home and gradually work their way through every room in the house, making notes on what art, decoration and furniture needs to be removed as well as what potential upgrades could be completed that would add to the desirability of the home as well as the value.
Marketing
Marketing increases the chances for multiple offers and getting an offer close to list price. The goal in our marketing is to give your listing the stigma that it's something that a buyer can't miss out on and a create a sense of demand. Demand drives traffic and traffic leads to a fear of loss if the buyer on your home thinks that they get beat out on the home by another buyer.

After working with someone for months that did nothing but send us listings we had to sort through, we saw a home with the Stevenson Team sign and called. From that day forward, Mark Stevenson worked his butt off to find us a place we could call home, sending us only the listings that suited our needs and wants. Found our home after Mark took us on New Year's Day to see it. Once the offer was placed and accepted, Mark and Heather both worked to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We can't leave out Christina, who was always available to answer questions and put our minds at ease. She is the bomb!
