With more than 13 years of experience in customer service and support, including more than four years in real estate transaction coordination, accounting and property management, Christina is well-positioned to assist clients of The Stevenson Team. Her move into real estate came in 2009 after 15 years of experience in consultative sales and interior design consulting. “My interior design background gave me a whole new perspective on homes,” she says, “and a clear understanding of the things that are important to a broad spectrum of buyers. As a result, I really love working with buyers. Helping them find their dream home is very exciting to me.”
Christina is has a bachelor’s degree in business, with a concentration in management, and she is emphasizing property management in her professional career. She’s a big sports fan who also enjoys cooking and entertaining; the beach and Disneyland are among her favorite destinations. Also topping her list of extracurricular activities are attending concerts and restoring antique furniture that she finds at flea markets and garage sales. Of course, when she’s not in the office or showing properties, the biggest part of her world is her family...Christina lives in Riverside with her husband and two teenagers, a son and a daughter with whom she plays video games and helps with their homework.
Through the love and passion that I have for helping people I have manage to not only survive but thrived through the most tulmolteous economic times in our history. I have been practicing Real Estate for fourteen years. I started in the mortgage business as an assistant. Almost Immediately became a notary and shortly after became licensed myself. I'm the type of person that when I see an opportunity I grab it and run with it. When the down fall of the market happened I was completely distraught like everyone else. At which point I knew I needed a change. Which is when I decided to become a Realtor. Once I completed my first transaction I knew that being a Realtor is what I was meant to do. Though it was the most inopportune time in the market I knew there was an opportunity to help people maneuver through the crazy storm. In which I did. I understand that the obvious goal as a Realtor is to sell homes to or for people. However, to me my goal is always to help people achieve their Real Estate goals so that it can help their future. I take great pride in knowing that I had a hand in one of the most important decisions of someone's life. Knowing that I helped someone for not only today but in their future is where I find fulfillment.
